Sengupta R.N - PGP in Comp. Sc (ISI) - A man with multi-skill activities with experience of more than 44 years with various industries and consulting organigations. Started as System Specialist with various corporates like Kinoskar Oil, IISCO, IBP. He moved over to Lovelock & Lewes and became Associate Director of their MCS Division. Carried out assignments of Business Process Reengineering, Restructuring and Manpower Planning, HR System Implementation etc. for various corporates likes Gontermann Pipers, ITC, Orissa Small Industries Corpn. Indian Airlines (cargo Divn.), Philips Carbon Black, Powermax India etc.

Ray S.K - B.E.(Mech.), PGDBM(IIM) - A sound Techno-commercial person. Spent 26 years with Jessops, GRSE, Philips etc. and last served as Head-Engineering for Philips in their CD Division. He had special training on TPM from Japanese Institute. Carrying out consulting for 8 years for Tractors India, Dishergarh Power, Vesuvius, Coates , ITC etc for Material Handling Improvement, Productivity Improvement, Manpower Planning, System Automation, Spares & Maintenance Management etc. 

Ghosh A. Dr - B.Tech, MBA, Ph.D in Strategic Management- With his 26 yrs of industrial experience, he is a person with vast knowledge of production, process control, Total Quality Management (TQM) and general management activities. Had been associated with Philips, Exide etc. Done extensive research work and industrial projects on strategic management and practices and imparts training in the modern concepts of management like Business Balance Score Card, Six Sigma etc. Associated with CII, CMA, and QCFI etc.

Das Partha Ranjan - B.Arch, M.Urban Design - A Fulbright-Hayes Scholar with 22 years experience. He is a well-known Architect for Commercial Complexes, Hospitals, Hotels & Resorts, Housing Projects etc. Done Structural Master Plan for Bangalore and Mangalore as a Key member.

Basu Amit - Chartered Accountant, AICWA - Wide experience of about 26 years in Financing and Taxation . Areas of his specialization include Management Audit, MIS Review, Internal Control Review, Financial Structuring, Indirect taxation etc

Basu D. - B.Chem.E extensive experience of more than 30 yrs in explosives, pharmaceutical and chemical industries in companies like Indian Explosive (an ICI Group Co.), Dey's Medical, Dubur India and Berger Paints in various areas like Manufacturing, Project Implementation, Plant Layout, Equipment Specification, Quality and Environmental Control, Engineering Environment Definition etc. Has extensive exposure in determining Manufacturing Costs, Capital Requirements Analysis, Productivity Control and Improvement Issues.

Bhoumik T.K. - With 36 years experience, a very pragmatic HR Consultant in organizational restructuring, management of change, manpower assessment and planning etc. Served MNCs like GKW and BOC India, out of which 12 years as Corporate HR Head- BOC. Involved with various restructuring exercises for successful turnaround and was the leader for SAP- HR implementation and competency profiling company wide. Presently doing consulting for various corporates.

Haque Sk. Md.H. - B.E.(Elec) - A specialist in Electrical Engineering designing upto 400kv system with 18 years experience in the field of Projects, automation engineering, Field Eng., testing and commissioning.

Bhattacharya S.  - B. Tech.(IIT), MBA - With total experience of around 20 years, and having been associated with one of the top professionally managed companies in India for long 10 years, he is a wellknown name in marketing Industrial Products in the eastern part of India. Led the team on various Market studies for Dennis Eagle-UK, Lafarge, Ushacomm, Exide, Infovision Software etc.

Saha Dinesh P. - B.E.(Mech.) , FIE - A specialist in the Air-Conditioning System with his wide experience of around 36 years . After serving Blue Star, Flakt India, DCPL for almost 17 years , he started his own consultancy in studies, designing and improvement of AC System incl. Chilling plants and cold storages. 

Sur Sekhar - BE(Mech) - A Specialist with 30 years experience in non-ferrous Industry like Copper Smelter etc. for Total Project execution. He has worked with several companies in India and abroad.

Ray Sounak - Chartered Accountant, AICWA - A leading financial consultant for 24 years for both Corporate Finance Corporate Taxation, also appears in Appellate Tribunals. Wide experience in Project Identification and Monitoring, Financing, Mergers, Acquisitions, Due Diligence.

Banerjee  Ranjan - M.Sc., MBA - An Environment and Pollution Control Specialist. During last 21 years, he has taken part in implementation / audit of environment and pollution control system in nearly 35 different companies on behalf of BIS or IRQS or in an individual capacity. A member of Environment Sub-committee of CII.

Mihir Kumar Ghosh - M.Sc, Dip.- Occ. Hygiene-Univ. of Birmingham - an Environmental Management specialist with experience of 37 years. Served ICI India in a very senior management position Doing Consulting for 4 years, in Environment, health and safety for Hindustan Lever, and in industries like Aluminium, Ammonium Nitrate plant, Ethlene Oxide storage plant on various environmental issues like ERA study, Risk analysis, Life Cycle assessment studies, Due Diligence, infrastructure planning etc.
