C.  - B.Sc (Agri), M.Sc(Horticulture) , Ph.D (Horticulture) - With 28 years experience in the field of Post Harvest Technologies , associated with a no. of projects on Storage , processing and packaging of fresh fruits and vegetables , processing and preservation of processed fruits and vegetables and also for squash, sauce, jelly etc.

Rao P. S.  - M.Tech ( IIT ), PhD ( IIT ) - In consulting for more than 7 years out of total experience of around 15 years , he is an authority in Post Harvest Engineering and Technology for fruits , vegetables, cereals, pulses etc. with hands on knowledge in Fish and Meat processing also. Thorough about various mechanical processing methods with sound  knowledge on plants and machineries and associated technologies in the above areas.

Banerjee  Ranjan - M.Sc., MBA - An Environment and Pollution Control Specialist. During the last 21 years, he has taken part in implementation / audit of environment and pollution control system in nearly 35 different companies on behalf of BIS or IRQS or in an individual capacity. A member of Environment Sub-committee of CII, has a special interest on, separation of biodegradable and non-biodegradable wastes , converting the solid wastes into organic manures etc.

Ghanti  P.  -   B.Sc (Agri), M.Sc(Horticulture) , Ph.D (Horticulture) - With his 32 years experience , an eminent  Agronomist for Vegetable Crops , done many projects and studies on Varietal and Cultivation aspects of various vegetable crops, Hybridization of  Vegetable crops and on Seed production aspects.

Bhattacharya S. - B.Tech., PGDBM - A domestic marketing expert for product launch, setting up of Distribution Channels, brand promotion etc. Earlier, served Ramdev Foods, Parle, Dabur, Kwality,for 20 years, now doing consulting for marketing of food products like ready to eat items, spices and pastes , marine products, processed fruits etc.
